Daihan Climate Control Co., Ltd. - The Company requires the input of 'name' and 'email address' for product inquiries, quality inquiries, quotation inquiries, and recruitment inquiries, but these are only used for feedback purposes and are not collected.

6. Destruction of Personal Information
① The Company promptly destroys personal information when the retention period has elapsed or the processing purpose has been achieved.
② The Company destroys personal information by the following methods.
- Electronic files: File deletion and formatting of disks or other storage media
- Handwritten documents: Shredding or incineration
※ Since the Company does not collect personal information, no personal information destruction activities are carried out.

The Company takes the following measures to ensure the security of personal information.
- Administrative measures: Establishing and implementing internal management plans, conducting regular training for employees and staff
- Technical measures: Restricting access to personal information, installing security programs such as antivirus software

- The Company does not collect or operate automatically generated personal information through internet services such as ‘cookies (cookie).’
